We added CNC machining in 2018, both as a service on its own and so we could handle extra operations on our molded parts in-house. Our skilled machinists run every job with care and check each piece against strict quality standards before it leaves the building.
We run prototypes and full production. Whether you need one custom part or thousands of components, we have the equipment and experience to deliver on time and on budget.

Our Doosan 2500LSY turning center runs up to 3″ bar with a bar feeder, live milling, Y axis and sub spindle, so many turned parts come off complete in one setup. The 4th axis on the Hyundai WIA lets us machine multiple sides without re-fixturing.
