Companies looking for a value-added molding supplier have called on Parker Precision Molding since 1994. Our thermoplastic injection molding machines have sophisticated controllers that give our technicians the process data they need, so we can fine-tune each job for repeatable, on-tolerance parts.
Our molding department runs 7 injection molding machines from 40 to 220 US tons, with shot sizes up to 13 ounces. Every press has the auxiliary equipment it needs: sprue pickers, hopper dryers, temperature control units and granulators, plus robots on the larger machines.
We sample and troubleshoot new tools, take on overflow production for OEMs and larger molders, and run higher-volume programs with assembly and contract manufacturing.
